HIV Counseling and Testing

HIV Counseling and Testing are on-going at the center or during out-reach programs in the community. Traditional testing is available during office hours or a referral to one of the local agencies for a rapid HIV test is available upon request. HIV pre-test and post-test counseling is always given.
